Refund & Return Policy
At Rivala, every product is carefully formulated and handled with the highest standards of quality and hygiene. Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed.
We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before completing the purchase.
Order Cancellation
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified. In rare cases where an order is cancelled by Rivala due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to assist you.
To be eligible for a replacement:
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
An unboxing video or clear images must be shared as proof
The product must be unused and in its original condition
Once reviewed and approved, a replacement will be arranged.
Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase
Incorrect product selected by the customer
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
Requests made beyond the specified reporting time
Refunds
Refunds are not applicable on delivered orders.
Refunds will only be processed in cases where:
An order is cancelled by Rivala
The product is unavailable after purchase
In such cases, the refund will be issued to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.
